We started our tailoring adventure in 1958 when Bronisław Morawski became a student of prestigious clothing constructors – Józef Czosnowski and Anastazy Otlewski.
They were the only Poles who graduated from Milan Fashion Academy in the 20s. Before WW2, Józef Czosnowski was an owner of well-known tailoring company in Warsaw. His customers were famous polish politicians like one of the former presidents – Ignacy Mościcki and the late Foreign Minister – Józef Beck. Until early 90s our workplace was dedicated to individual customers. In 1991 we took a name WELTMEX and we started a collaboration with collective customers. We also broaden our offer for corporate clothing, historical uniforms, theatral costumes etc.
We provide services from a project to final product with every necessary addictions: shirts, caps, sweaters, shoes and uniform accesories.
Our firm cooperated with a large amount of national and foreign companies for example:
Fashionizer Ltd., England – corporate uniforms for exclusive hotels and individual customers,
Peters Mode, The Netherlands – every kind of corporate uniforms,
Miltec GMBH, Germany – historical uniforms (we made an uniforms for iconic war movies „The Pianist”, „Stalingrad”, „Der Untergang”)
City Bespoke, England – individual orders.
Since 2008 WELTMEX represents in Poland one of the greatest suppliers of exclusive wool fabrics for bespoke tailoring – Bateman Ogden Ltd.
